Recruitment investments of corporates in the Netherlands 2019
In 2019, average performance corporates in the Netherlands appeared to focus on referral recruitment, social media tools and recruitments systems. 63 percent of recruiters and recruitment managers of average performance corporates surveyed indicated that their corporation invested in referral recruitment in 2019, while less than ten percent identified recruitment apps as a recruitment tool their corporation focused on in the same year.
