Business travelers' favorite channels to book accommodation Italy 2018

In 2018, most business travelers in Italy used websites and apps for booking, comparing and reviewing to book an accommodation online. According to the study by Osservatori Digital Innovation, business travelers who used this channel accounted for 32 percent of total respondents. On the contrary, business travelers who relied on Tour Operators' websites and apps only represented 12 percent of the people involved in the survey.
