* The original question was worded by the source as follows: "to participate in the Moscow City Duma elections, candidates had to collect a certain number of voter signatures in their support. After verification of signatures, the Moscow City Election Commission declared some of the signatures invalid. Invalid signatures were identified for Gennady and Dmitry Gudkov, Ilya Yashin, Lyubov Sobol, and some other candidates. Some believe that the election commission in this situation should have acted in accordance with the law and refuse to register candidates who have violated signature collection. Others believe that, despite the violations, the election commission should have registered all the candidates.
Which viewpoint do you agree with the most?"
