According to the survey among residents in Shanghai in November 2018, most of Shanghai residents stated that following smart city technologies had a positive impact on their quality of life in China. 68 percent of Shanghai respondents were most positive about electronic payment technology and apps. Meanwhile, Shanghai respondents stated that interactive government self-service help centre or app had the least positive impact on their quality of life.
