According to the survey among Hong Kong residents in November 2018, 52 percent of respondents stated that strengthening public and private cooperation on healthcare initiatives and services was the most important action that can be taken to improve healthcare system in Hong Kong. As noted in Hong Kong's Smart City Blueprint, a smart city should be built on the needs of the people, with benefits that can be experienced by the residents and visitors.
