This statistic shows campers in Germany according to their attitude towards sustainable consumption in comparison with the German population. In 2022, around 29 percent of German campers, i.e. people who preferred to go camping for their vacation, were of the opinion that sustainable consumption does not play a role for them. In the German population aged 14 and over, this amounted to roughly 35 percent.
The Allensbach Market and Advertising Media Analysis (Allensbacher Markt- und Werbeträgeranalyse or AWA in German) determines attitudes, consumer habits and media usage of the population in Germany on a broad statistical basis.
