Annual growth of number of newly opened commercial property in China 2015-2018
In 2018, there were 533 newly opened commercial property projects in China, increased by six percent compared to the previous year. With stricter regulations being introduced in China's residential housing market, more companies and investors are switching their attention to commercial properties in China.
