Sogaz was the leading insurance company in Russia by the volume of gross written premium (GWP), at nearly 311 billion Russian rubles in 2022. Sberbank Life Insurance ranked second with 167.5 billion Russian rubles, followed by Ingosstrakh with 163.9 billion Russian rubles.
