Prevalence of fake news in Norway 2019, by gender

In Norway in 2019, nearly 50 percent of people had come across fake news within the past year. During this period, especially men were exposed to fake news with 54 percent of the respondents having read something untrue. In contrast, only 40 percent of the female respondents were confronted with this issue.
