According to a survey conducted in 2019 among consumers of financial products in China, about 63 percent of respondents got their financial knowledge by consulting with employees of financial institutions followed by 54 percent of respondents who did online research to help answer their finance-related questions. Acquiring financial knowledge is especially important for wealth management.
