Under critical situations, only 23 percent of the participants showed their disposition to find a solution and still order in the same shop by trying to negotiate terms wih an online store or by ordering an external delivery service.

* Participants were asked to answer the following question: "How do you most often deal with the situation when you need an urgent delivery, but it is not offered by online shop?"
750 individuals of the sample were surveyed in Moscow, 300 in Saint Petersburg and remaining 450 in other major cities. 750 people were surveyed through river sampling, and 750 were surveyed through panel sampling. Express delivery refers to a delivery on the day of order.
