* Participants were asked to answer the following question: "please indicate how the availability of express delivery affected your purchase?"
750 individuals of the sample were surveyed in Moscow, 300 in Saint Petersburg and remaining 450 in other major cities. 750 people were surveyed through river sampling, and 750 were surveyed through panel sampling. Express delivery refers to a delivery on the day of order.
