Russia: e-commerce express delivery availability 2018, by product

Over 80 percent of Russian e-shoppers could use the express delivery service for food products, cosmetics, and sporting goods when such service was necessary in 2018. For other categories, such as children’s goods, the same-day delivery was only available to under 40 percent of the survey respondents.

"Please recall if over the past three months you needed express delivery at least once and, if so, for which product category?"
and "Could you use express delivery in case of need?"

750 individuals of the sample were surveyed in Moscow, 300 in Saint Petersburg, and 450 in other major cities.
750 people were surveyed through river sampling, and 750 were surveyed through panel sampling.
Express delivery refers to a delivery on the day of order.
