In 2018, across Russia, a delivery speed of three days or longer was used in 50 percent of the cases, and roughly 40 percent of the orders were delivered within standard timeframe. Over 10 percent of the surveyed revealed that over the past three months they used express delivery.

* 750 individuals of the sample were surveyed in Moscow, 300 in Saint Petersburg and remaining 450 in other major cities.
750 people were surveyed through river sampling, and 750 were surveyed through panel sampling.
The figures refer to the purchases made within the past three months. Express delivery refers to a delivery on the day of order.
