Preference for Belgian cheese or foreign cheese in Flanders (Belgium) 2018
The survey results suggest that as of 2018, the majority of Flemish consumers preferred Belgian cheese. Approximately 80 percent of consumers included in this survey indicated that they either strongly or mildly preferred Belgian cheese, while the share of respondents who expressed a preference for foreign cheese was roughly 20 percent in total.
