Number of members in the Italian Volleyball Federation 2017-2018, by role
In the season 2017/2018, the Italian Volleyball Federation recorded a total of 410,005 members. Breaking down the figure by role, the vast majority of members were athletes. Indeed, the 322,349 volleyball players registered in 2017/2018 in the Italian Volleyball Federation represented alone about 78 percent of the total members. Furthermore, managers were a big part of the federation's members as well. Indeed, it was recorded that they were 60,390 at the time of the study.
