Mississippi: monthly sports betting revenue 2018-2024
Land-based sports betting was legalized in the U.S. state of Mississippi as of March 13, 2017 (official regulations approved June 21, 2018), when Governor Phil Bryant signed the Fantasy Contests Act, which included a provision to decriminalize sports betting. This means it is now possible to play college sports betting, MLB sports betting, and NBA sports betting in the state. In June 2024, Mississippi generated a revenue of 1.94 million U.S. dollars from sports betting, down from 2.06 million the previous month.
