This graph shows the revenues generated by the purchase of sustainable products in Italy in the first semester of 2018. According to the data, products with a low environmental impact had the highest turnover among the considered products. Goods having packaging made of biodegradable or plant-based plastics registered a turnover of 32.7 and 30.2 million euros, respectively. Moreover, when buying ecological products, nickel-free products generated the fourth largest turnover, with a value of 26.3 million euros.
