E-shopping delivery services in Russia in 2018, by experience

In 2018, over 70 percent of online orders in Russia were delivered to post offices, and about 40 percent to home. However, for future purchases, about 90 percent of the users expressed their willingness to choose home delivery. About 65 percent of the users showed a future preference for a retail-store delivery.
