Incidents reported as child sexual abuse in Poland 2017-2022
In 2022, the experts from the Dyżurnet.pl** team analyzed nearly 10.9 thousand reported child sexual abuse incidents. Among all the reports concerning content potentially representing sexual abuse of a child, the experts confirmed the actual presence of such material in more than two thousand cases. Nearly 480 incidents were classified as CSEM (child sexual exploitation material). This classification replaces the terms 'child eroticism' and 'child nudism'. This type of content is not classified as pornographic and is therefore not illegal.
