Kenya: Facebook Messenger users 2022, by age group

In March 2022, Facebook Messenger had a penetration rate of 19.7 percent in Kenya. There was a total of over 11 million users of the messaging platform in the country. Overall, the largest audience of Facebook Messenger was users aged 25 to 34 years, who made up 35.1 percent of the user base, followed by users aged 18 to 24 years. Furthermore, users aged 13 to 17 years accounted for just 3 percent of Messenger's audience in Kenya.
