This graph shows the leading suppliers of non-ferrous metals imported into Italy from 2016 to 2018, broken down by import value. According to the data provided by Prometeia, Italy imported the largest amount of non-ferrous metals from Germany in terms of value. Between 2016 and 2018, the imports from this country increased from 1.9 billion euros to 2.2 billion euros. On the other hand, a decrease in the import values from Switzerland – the second largest supplier - was registered over the period of consideration. Lastly, the imports of non-ferrous metals from Spain constantly increased, reaching roughly 988 million euros by the end of 2018.
