Tourist satisfaction index on agritourism accommodations in Italy 2019
This statistic compares the relevance and satisfaction of tourists that chose agritourism accommodations in Italy in 2019.
According to the survey, friendliness and hospitality of the facility manager were the most relevant points when choosing this type of accommodation for a holiday. Whereas 64 percent of the respondents indicated this category as relevant, the chart shows that the satisfactory index stopped at 40 percent. A similar ratio can be found when looking at the traditional local menus offered: the share of people indicating this category as relevant was 58 percent, whereas the satisfaction rate consisted of 43 percent of the total.
Overall, the opportunity to know more of tools/artifacts/culture and the availability of spa and pampering facilities were the only two categories where the satisfaction rate overcame the relevance one.
