In 2019, Russian men and women shared sentiments regarding the usage of non-educational electronic devices in school classrooms. Over 60 percent of the respondents in both gender groups were fully or partially in favor of the ban. A slight gender difference was observed among those who strictly opposed the idea, which counted 18 percent of male and 13 percent of female participants.
