According to the results of a survey on Singaporean shoppers between April and May 2019, a majority of Singaporean shoppers, 61 percent, preferred to buy household appliances in a physical store. By comparison, seven percent of Singaporean respondents said that they preferred to shop for household appliances online via tablet.

The sample was balanced by age and gender to ensure representative results.
