Both in 2013 and 2018, Italy exported most of its pasta and similar products to countries of Western Europe, as data provided by Prometeia show. The second exporting market for Italian pasta, couscous and similar products was the area of NAFTA countries, which made up 14.6 percent of the export value in 2018.
