According to a survey among Singapore workers in January 2019, 65 percent of the respondents stated that an attractive salary and benefits was the most important considering factor when looking for jobs. This was followed by 61 percent of Singapore workers who looked for a good work-life balance as the most important criteria when looking for a job.
