In 2019, the value of cold-formed steel imported from West European countries into Italy amounted to 593 million euros. Data provided by Prometeia show that most of the cold drawn steel imported into Italy came from Western Europe, in terms of value. New European countries followed with 195 million euros, while the value of this alloy imported into Italy from Asia added up to 120 million euros.
