This statistic shows opinions on actors that should be responsible for stopping fake news spreading in Sweden in 2018. When asked about which institutions and media actors should act to stop the spread of fake news, more than 50 percent of the respondents pointed to press and broadcastning management. In contrast, only eight percent believed that non-governmental organizations should act.
