According to a survey carried out throughout the year 2023, roughly four out of ten international visitors surveyed in the Dominican Republic found the quality of the tourism services to be excellent. That same year, around 77 percent of survey participants in the Caribbean country rated consumer prices in the Dominican tourism sector as acceptable.

*Survey was carried out every two to three weeks throughout the year in the international airports Las Américas, Puerto Plata, Punta Cana, La Romana, Cibao, and El Catey.
