Regional daily newspapers including local newspapers and national daily newspapers accounted for the highest revenues both years, at roughly 3.8 and 3.3 million Danish kroner in 2017, respectively. Despite this, the revenues declined in both sub industries from 2016 to 2017. The lowest revenue was reached by digital local newspapers both years.
