Reasons to not shop from foreign webshops in Sweden 2019
Being uncertain about customs or VAT was the most common reason among Swedish online shoppers to not purchase from a foreign webshop in 2018, according to 35 percent of the respondents. In addition, 32 percent of the respondents said it was because it was more difficult to return products when shopping from a foreign webshop.
