This statistic shows the percentage change in the number of trackers per page in the EU and the U.S. websites between April and July 2018, by category. Over the period of consideration, the only websites in the European Union not affected by a decrease in the number of trackers were banking pages, which experienced a growth of 7.42 percentage points. On the other hand, in the United States, more trackers were active among almost all categories of pages, where only adult and baking websites registered a decline.
