The share of Russian children aged 4 to 7 years old who used TV sets every day or almost every day amounted to 76 percent in 2017. Among children under 3 years old, 27 percent regularly watched video clips on Youtube. The share of children aged from 8 to 12 years old who were regular Youtube viewers was measured at 63 percent.
