Mexico: product launches communication channels 2018
During a 2018 survey, 77 percent of responding grocery shoppers from Mexico stated they learned about new product launches in the supermarket. Further communication channels mentioned by the shoppers interviewed included TV commercials, social media and supermarket online sites, with between 22 and 36 percent of respondents stating that they learned about new product launches through these means. According to the survey, brand online sites were the least used communication channel, with only 17 percent of the respondents getting informed through these sites.
