The value of Russian exports of crude oil amounted to over 110.1 billion U.S. dollars in 2021, up 52 percent from the previous year. The 2020 export value was the lowest over the past decade. The maximum value was observed in 2012, when Russia exported approximately 180.9 billion U.S. dollars worth of crude oil.
