Uzbekistan had the highest volume of passenger cars and LCVs produced among the selected CIS countries, with the highest figures observed in 2014 at roughly 250 thousand constructed units. After a significant fall in 2016, the production levels in Uzbekistan recovered to about 180 thousand pieces by 2018. Kazakhstan was the second largets producer in the group with over 31 thousand produced units in 2018.
