This statistic displays the results of a survey regarding the share of consumers who have secured smart devices in the Netherlands in 2019, by type of device. The survey results suggest that as of 2019, consumers surveyed in the Netherlands were most inclined to secure their computers, laptops, tablets and mobile phones. Close to 90 percent of people surveyed indicated that they had secured these devices, while 71 percent of respondents had secured their security cameras and smart locks. Meanwhile consumers were far less likely to secure digital doorbells, with just over ten percent having done so in 2019.
