Opinions on the extent of EU control over abortion and euthanasia Netherlands 2019
This statistic displays the results of a survey of opinions regarding the extent of the European Union's control with regard to abortion and euthanasia in the Netherlands in 2019. The survey results suggest that as of 2019, the majority of the Dutch population felt that the European Union's powers with regard to abortion and euthanasia should either be reduced, or that they should remain the same. 34 percent of people surveyed indicated that the EU should have less of a say with regard to these issues, while one fifth of the respondents thought the EU should be given more control over abortion and euthanasia.
