Benefits of providing e-services by the public administration in Poland 2016-2018
This statistic shows the leading benefits of public administration providing electronic services in Poland from 2016 to 2018. Over 76 percent of public administration units offering e-services indicated that the use of the internet in the process of providing services contributed to shortening the time of their implementation. Over 65 percent of them considered an increase in the number of electronically provided services as an advantage.
