As of 2018, approximately 60 percent of the respondents surveyed on the familiarity with E-health applications indicated to be known with care at a distance. This is a decrease of 12 percent compared to the previous year. Other E-health applications such as medicines via internet or healthcare applications on the smartphone also decreased in familiarity.
