Main sources consulted before buying online in Spain 2020

In 2020, the most used search channel in Spain to consult products and services before an online purchase was search engines, with almost eight out of ten Internet users surveyed expressing using it for this purpose. Retailer sites followed with approximately 64 percent, while nearly 47 percent said they went to an online marketplace for this purpose.
