Direct bank mobile banking usage rate South Korea 2019, by income
As of December 2019, around 29.5 percent of respondents to a survey earning over 60 million South Korean won annually stated that they used mobile banking of digital banks in South Korea, such as Kakao Bank, within the last three months. Only 5.9 percent of respondents earning less than 20 million South Korean won said they did so.
