Most common types of inquiries by customer service chat users in Vietnam 2019
The statistic shows the results of a survey conducted in May 2019 about the most common types of inquiries by customer service chat users among Vietnamese. During the period examined, 70 percent of the respondents stated to inquire about product service and information, followed by 65 percent of the respondents who mentioned pricing as a reason for sending an inquiry via chat apps.
