Retailers agreeing on the need for digital transformation in retail 2019, by country
This statistic presents the share of retailers in France, Germany and the United Kingdom (UK) who agreed in 2019 that the need for digital transformation in retail increased in the last three years. All of the retailers from France who took part in this study agreed that digital transformation became a pressing need in the past three years. Germany followed suit, with 90 percent of surveyed retailers giving a positive response. In the UK, only 88 percent of respondents agreed that the need for digital transformation in retail was increasing.
