This statistic displays the distribution of startup founders in the Netherlands in 2018, by level of education. As of 2018, the majority of startup founders in the Netherlands had a degree at bachelor's level or equivalent (62.5 percent). Close to a fifth of startup founders in the Netherlands had a bachelor's degree, while a further 5.6 percent of people who founded a startup had a Ph.D. or the equivalent thereof.
