This statistic illustrates the results of a survey about high-end watch consumer preferences in China as of May 2019. During the survey period, around 75.5 percent of Chinese respondents who owned a premium watch valued the Swiss watches the most, whereas only 52 percent of those who were planning to purchase a luxury watch in the future preferred a Swiss watch.
