Leading efforts of women to catch up on their female juniors in Japan 2019
This statistic depicts the results of a survey conducted in March 2019 in Japan asking female employees about the actions they take to close the gap between them and their female juniors at work. During the surveyed period, over 36 percent of respondents named improving their work performance as their main effort to catch up on their their juniors. In contrast, only 6.1 percent stated to do nothing in particular to close the gap.
