Opinion on immigrants' contribution in the Visegrád Group 2023

Among the Visegrád Group countries (Czechia, Hungary, Poland, and Slovakia), Poland had the largest share of respondents holding the opinion that immigrants positively contributed to the country, at 58 percent in 2023. In Czechia, Hungary, and Slovakia, over half of the respondents disagreed with that statement.

*The total number of respondents in the EU-27 was 26,425. Of them, 1,035 were interviewed in Czechia, 1,021 in Hungary, 1,007 in Poland, and 1,001 in Slovakia. 

The original question was formulated by the source as follows: "To what extent do you agree or disagree with each of the following statements?" The statement was as follows: "Immigrants contribute a lot to (our country)."
