During the period from 2015 to, Telefonica (O2) UK's the average revenue per user (ARPU) generated from contract mobile customers decreased from 33.5 euros to 22.1 euros. The fall led to a decrease in ARPU from all mobile customers of more than 6 euros from 2015 to 2020.
